Rabbi of Israel. In full: "I am most pleased to give you the following
information. Rabbi Yechezkel Abramski, Chief Rabbi of London, and his family
have decided to make aliya to Israel. My wish is that the framework of
Torah/Biblical activities of Rabbi Abramski would not change and there will be a
suitable position for him as per his skills." Polish-born YITZHAK
HERZOG (1888-1959) was Chief Rabbi of Dublin (1919), Chief Rabbi of the
Irish Free State (1925-1936) and Chief Rabbi of Palestine (1936-1948) and Israel
(1948-1959). His son, Chaim Herzog, was 6th President of Israel from
1983-1993. CHAIM WEIZMANN (1874-1952) was President of the World
Zionist Organization (1920-1930, 1935-1946) and the 1st President of
Israel from 1949 until his death on November 9, 1952. Slightly soiled. File
