In full: "Despite the fact that we are not physically at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue this year, I want to wish you a very Happy Birthday. This note brings you my felicitations and good wishes, as always, and the special hope that you are enjoying your well-earned leisure." Lightly creased. Fine condition. Accompanied by the original postmarked envelope bearing Eisenhower's scarce rubber-stamped free-franking signature. Lightly creased. Lightly soiled at lower blank margin, else fine condition.
