Printed Document with name handwritten in text, 1 page, 8½x11. For Who's Who in America, (Vol. 14, 1926-1927). A 27-line printed biography sent to him for corrections and additions, headed "Roosevelt, Franklin Delano, lawyer", is affixed to the center. Corrections and additions in Roosevelt's hand. He has corrected the name of his law firm: "mem. firm of Emmet, Marvin & Roosevelt, 1920-" adding in his hand: "Roosevelt & O'Connor 1924-" He has changed: "Trustee, Laura Franklin Free Hosp. For Children" adding in his hand: "Vassar College, Woodrow Wilson Foundation." FDR has also handwritten: "Overseer Harvard Univ. 1918-24." and he has added the names of his children: "James, Anna, Elliott, Franklin D. J., John". The name "Franklin D. J." has been lightly crossed out and rewritten in another hand, leaving out the "J" which stood for "Jr." Although not signed by FDR, "Franklin D.", in his list of children and "Roosevelt", in his law firm's name, are in his hand. Slightly soiled. Fine condition.
