The Cuban President tells the Uruguayan President that the services of Cuban Ambassador to Uruguay Doctor Mariano Brull y Caballero are needed elsewhere. DR. As dictator, he controlled the government from 1933-1940, when he assumed the title of President of Cuba (1940-1944). He retired in 1944 but was returned to power by an army coup in 1952. His regime was overthrown by Fidel Castro in 1959. Lightly creased. Folds, not at signature. Fine condition.
