Photo Mount inscribed and signed by Lady Bird: "For Tom Fox-with warm memories of fellowship/at National City Christian Church--/Lady Bird and" to which her husband has added: "Lyndon B. Johnson". Color, 12x9 overall, image 10x8 (two surfaces). TOM FOX was the church head usher and is pictured with the Johnsons and their daughter Lynda Bird leaving church. Probably signed as President. Daughter Luci is not pictured. Luci Baines Johnson and Patrick J. Nugent were married on August 6, 1966. Lynda Bird Johnson and Charles S. Robb were married on December 9, 1967, so this photograph was most probably signed between the two marriages. If Luci were unmarried and still living in the White House, she would have been in church with her family, and she would have been in the photograph that was presented by the Johnsons to Fox. Mount is irregularly cut at 3 edges (which includes the top edge of the photo). The photo is loosely affixed to the mount. Pinhead-size brown stain at LBJ's elbow, else fine.
