Program signed: "Bill Clinton", 21x8 ½ overall. Program of the rally, Voices for Change 1992, sponsored by the Hollywood Women's Political Committee, with Clinton himself as the keynote speaker. Printed front and verso, tri-fold. He has signed inside, in the opposite orientation from the printed text. William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton was first elected Governor of Arkansas in 1978. At 32, he was the nation's youngest Governor. Clinton was defeated for reelection in 1980 but was reelected in 1982, 1984, 1986 and 1990. Beginning in 1986, Arkansas' governors were elected for four-year terms instead of two-year terms. From 1986-1987, Governor Clinton served as Chairman of the National Governors' Association and the Education Commission of the States. He was 42nd U.S. President from 1993-2001. In 2008, he was active in former First Lady Hilary Rodham Clinton's pursuit of the Democratic Presidential nomination. He has been married since 1975 to Hilary Rodham Clinton, who has been successively First Lady of Arkansas and the US, Senator from New York, Presidential candidate and Secretary of State.
