On the several annuities of One hundred pounds from the Leeward Islands; and one hundred and fifty pounds from the Island of Barbadoes (sic), which are unpaid...And these together with his or his assigns acquit shall be your discharge herein. M. Townshend pray pay this Order...." Tory leader FREDERICK NORTH (1732-1792) was British Prime Minister from 1770-1782, during the American Revolution.
