Chuck D., born Carlton Douglas Ridenhour in 1960, is songwriter, leader, vocalist and MC for the hip hop group Public Enemy. Since its first album release, Yo! In 2004, Rolling Stone ranked Public Enemy #44 on the list of its 100 Greatest Artists of All Time. The Library of Congress selected Fear of a Black Planet for inclusion in its preservation collection in 2005. Public Enemy has been announced for enshrinement in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for 2013. "Fight the Power," which Spike Lee used as a theme for his film Do the Right Thing, may be considered the signature song. Fine condition. Not Matted in Gallery of History Style.
