Self-taught painter Ralph Fasanella (1914-1997) was known for his large, colorful and intricate portraits of working-class culture and American politics over a career that spanned from 1945 until his death in 1997. Ralph Fasanella's America, the first collection of his compelling artistic critiques of post-WWII America, was published in 2001. Slightly creased. Light show through of embossing on verso.
