Rebecca De Mornay starred in And God Created Woman (1987), a remake of director Roger Vadim's 1956 movie of the same name, as an escaped convict who seduces a governor and a carpenter on her way to becoming a musical star. Her performance won her a Razzie Award for Worst Actress. Stage, screen and television actress De Mornay, born Rebecca J. Pearch in Santa Rosa, California in 1959, trained at Lee Strasberg's Institute and apprenticed at Francis Ford Coppola's Zoetrope Film Studio before making her film debut in 1982's One from the Heart. She first gained notice the following year, when she appeared opposite Tom Cruise in Risky Business, and De Mornay went on to star in such films as Runaway Train (1985), The Trip to Bountiful (1985), Backdraft (1991), The Hand That Rocks the Cradle (1992), which brought her international recognition, The Three Musketeers (1993), Lords of Dogtown (2005) and Wedding Crashers (2005). She has also appeared in a number of made-for-TV movies, including the acclaimed Getting Out (1994), and miniseries, such as a remake of The Shining (1997). De Mornay has also had recurring roles on ER (1999) and The Practice (2004), and she has guest starred on several other TV series. Lightly scuffed and creased. Light impression from disc. Light scratches and vertical striations on cover (not visible head-on). Otherwise in fine condition.
