Angeles, California, 1977 September 7. To Adamy Productions, Inc., c/o
Traubner & Flynn, Los Angeles. Buttons signs his consent to conditions on
his purchase of 1,000 shares of Adamy Productions, a California corporation,
at $1.00 per share. He acknowledges receipt of the shares which, since the Stock
is not registered under the Securities Act of 1933 in accord with the private
offering exemption, he attests to purchasing for his own investment, and not for
re-sale. He may not in any way dispose of the stock without the express consent
of the Corporation. Born Aaron Chwatt, RED BUTTONS (1919-2006) got
his nickname as an 18-year-old singing bellhop in a Bronx tavern. His TV show
was a big hit in its first season (1952), landing him on the cover of "Time"
magazine. Buttons won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for
Sayonara (1957), and nominations for the Best Supporting Actor
Oscar for Harlow (1965) and They Shoot Horses, Don't They
(1969). Multiple folds. Corners creased. Otherwise, fine
