Signature: "Rene Auberjonois", in black felt tip, 5¾x5¾. René Murat Auberjonois
(1940-2019) is an actor of stage and film, best known for his role as Constable Odo on TV's
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He was successful on the stage, winning a Tony Award for his
Broadway debut in Coco (1969). The actor, who also appeared as Clayton Runnymead
Endicott III on Benson (1979-1986), has made guest appearances on the small screen in a
long list of series, including Murder, She Wrote, Batman, Chicago Hope, Stargate SG-1,
Frasier, Judging Amy and The Practice. His other feature films include Pete 'n' Tillie (1972),
Eyes of Laura Mars (1978), Batman Forever (1975), Inspector Gadget (1999), The Patriot
(2000) and Eulogy (2004), and his voice can be heard on a number of animated films and TV
series. Auberjonois also taught acting at Julliard under his mentor, John Houseman. Pencil
