Merchandise Return Policy

A purchase shall not be considered an "approval" sale. If any substantial defect not described in the listing is found by the purchaser, the item(s) must be returned within two days of receipt. Item(s) may not be returned except for reasons of authenticity or substantial defect in description. We warrant to the original purchaser for a period of ten (10) years from the date of the sale the authenticity of any item purchased. This warranty is limited to a refund of the purchase price upon the return of the merchandise to our parent company Gallery of History Inc. in satisfactory condition. Gallery of History Inc. is not liable for any other damages, including consequential damages. For any item(s) which has a substantial defect or authenticity dispute, the risk of loss shall remain with the purchaser until the item(s) is returned to and received by Gallery of History, Inc.
