Inscribed Photograph Signed: “To Todd/ Axelrod/ With much appreciation/ Rich
Little” in black ink. B/w. 9x6¾ visible. Includes a newspaper clipping with the
same image from the Las Vegas Sun. Rich Little (b. 1938 in Ottawa) is an
internationally known impressionist whose stand-up comedy has made people
laugh since he was a teenager. His television appearances include The Judy
Garland Show (his first American television credit in the United States) and
The Tonight Show hosted by Johnny Carson. In 2007, he was chosen to host
the White House Correspondents' Association dinner, one year after comedian
Stephen Colbert controversial performance. Little was inducted into Canada's
Walk of Fame in 1998. His best-known impressions include Richard Nixon,
John F. Kennedy, Winston Churchill, and Jack Benny. Frame lightly chipped.
Newspaper clippings toned. Top-left corner of photograph toned. Otherwise,
fine condition. Framed in the Gallery of History style: 18¾x28¼.
