Bill for cottage cheese, rodato figs and rye toast totaling $1.40 with $.50 tip. Richard Haydn (1905-1985) was an English comic actor in radio, films and television. Some of his better known performances include Ball of Fire (1941) as Professor Oddley, No Time for Love (1943) as Roger, And Then There Were None (1945) as Thomas Rogers, The Emperor Waltz (1948), and The Sound of Music (1965). He also lent his voice to a role in Alice in Wonderland (1951), as the Caterpillar. Toned. Corners rounded. Bank stamps and puncture marks throughout. Otherwise, fine condition.
