was a stage and screen actor who earned dozens of credits over the course of his 30-year
career. He made his Broadway debut in 1961 and his television debut a year later. In 1976, he
starred in the television mini-series Captains and the Kings; his role as Joseph Armagh
earned him a Golden Globe Award. Films he appeared in include Dune (1984), Logan's Run
(1976), and Gettysburg (1993). The latter film was his final credit, although he filmed some
scenes for The Fugitive (1993) before his passing. He was eventually replaced by Jeroen
Krabbé for the role of Dr. Nichols. Thin, lined vertical printing defects. Otherwise, fine
condition.
