Color, 8x10. Fine condition. Nielsen has drawn a bird's face above his signature. Signed photo of the rock group Cheap Trick. Full view in white uniforms, and carrying weapons. Also featured is an unsigned photo, color 8x10, of the group on stage. Fine condition. Moreover, a bio for the band from CBS is included. Lightly toned. Otherwise, fine condition. Guitarist/songwriter RICK NIELSEN (b.1948) and bassist Tom Petersson formed the band that would become Cheap Trick in Rockford, Illinois in the late 1960s. The name was changed to Cheap Trick in 1973, the year that Bun E. Carlos joined as drummer and Randy "Xeno" Hogan signed on as vocalist. Hogan was replaced the following year by ex-folk singer Robin Zander. The band had two Top 10 albums and six Top 10 hits, including "The Flame", which was no. 1 in 1988. Petersson left the group in 1980 but returned in 1988. Three items.
