Signature: "Ricky Vaive". 5x3 index card. Canadian NHL player Richard Vaive was born on
May 14, 1959 in Ottawa, Ontario. A right winger, he played in the NHL for the Toronto
Maple Leafs (1979-1987), Chicago Blackhawks (1987-1989) and Buffalo Sabres
(1988-1992). During his career he played in three All-Star games and scored 441
goals with 347 assists. With the Toronto Maple Leafs, he scored over 50 goals in three
consecutive seasons in 1981, 1982, and 1983. After his playing career he coached in the
ECHL (South Carolina Stingrays), AHL (Saint John Flames) and OHL (Mississauga Ice
Dogs). Lightly toned. Ink note (unknown hand) on verso. Otherwise, fine condition.
