Photograph inscribed and signed: "To George -/Let's hope we/can work/Together/Soon -/Rita Lynn/2/31/46". B/w, 8x10. Rita Lynn (1921-1996) made her stage debut with the Pasadena Playhouse in 1941. She had supporting roles in a few films of the late 1940s, and then moved to television, where she appeared in over 400 episodes of variety shows and series. She was seen most often in Westerns and crime dramas, but was also featured on the soaps Search for Tomorrow and General Hospital. In the 1950s, working with UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Institute, she pioneered play production as a therapy for mental patients. Mounting residue on verso. Minor notch at top left edge. Fine condition.
