The sophisticated jazz balladeer agrees to appear on The Rosey
Grier Show in 1970.
Typed Document Signed: "Roberta Flack", 1p,
8½x14. Washington, D.C., 1970 July 23. Contract for an appearance on
The Rosey Grier Show (Show #108) at ABC Television Center in Hollywood on

for six weeks after it was included in the soundtrack of Play Misty For
Me. Flack's other memorable songs include "Where is the Love?" (a duet with
Donny Hathaway), "Killing Me Softly With His Song" (1973, her second #1 hit),
"Feel Like Makin' Love" (#1 in 1974) and "Tonight, I Celebrate My Love" (1980,
duet with Peabo Bryson). Lightly creased. Staple holes at upper left blank
corner. Black marks at upper margin from photocopying. Overall, fine
