American actor, writer, director and lyricist Ronny Graham (1919-1999) was
born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The writer of the cult classic
Spaceballs (1987), he was nominated for a 1963 Tony Award for Best
Composer and Lyricist for Bravo Giovanni (1962). Other writing
credits include several episodes of The Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle
Show, M*A*S*H and The Brady Bunch Variety Hour. A performer on
Broadway early in his career (The Tender Trap, 1954-1955) he moved on to
direct several Broadway shows including Mating Dance (1965) and
A Place for Polly (1970). Graham can also be found acting in small parts
on various television series like Simon & Simon (1986), Murder,
She Wrote (1990) and Chicago Hope (1997). Fine condition.
