ROOMMATES MOVIE CAST: PETER FALK & D. B. SWEENEY
This printed black and white photograph with scenes from the movie Roommates is signed by both actors in blue
Printed photograph signed in ink: "P Falk" and "D.B. Sweeney" in blue felt.10x8. Peter Falk (1927-2011) lost an eye at the age of three, resulting in the odd, squinting gaze which later became his trademark. Best known as the rumpled television detective Columbo, the character actor has also enjoyed a successful film career spanning over 40 years. He has won two Emmys for his television work and earned two Best Supporting Actor Oscar nominations (Murder Inc., 1961 and Pocketful of Miracles, 1962). In The Great Race, Falk was featured in a talented ensemble cast engaged in a comically manic prize race from New York to Paris (westward across Russia).  Stage, film, and television actor Daniel Bernard "D.B." Sweeney (born in 1961) starred on two TV series, Strange Luck (1995-1996) and Life As We Know It (2004-2005). He can also be seen in several TV movies and has guest starred on TV series, including Spenser: For Hire (1985) and House (2005). Sweeney has also appeared in several feature films, including Memphis Belle (1990), The Cutting Edge (1992), and Hardball (2001). He is best known for his portrayal of Shoeless Joe Jackson in Eight Men Out (1988). Sweeney's performance was especially credible due to his career in minor league baseball, which was curtailed by an injury. He has become known for his voice work on various productions such as Brother Bear (2003), Dinosaur (2000), and Mountain Men (2015). Bowed. Corners slightly rounded. Stain on bottom edge, about an inch thick. Otherwise, fine condition.
