Roosevelt Brown (1932-2004) was an American offensive lineman who played for the
New York Giants. He played college ball at Morgan State University and was
drafted in the twenty seventh round of the 1953 NFL draft. He was named to
the Pro Bowl nine times and won a NFL championship with the Giants in
1956. In 1965 he retired and became the assistant line coach for the Giants
in 1966 and was promoted to the offensive line coach in 1969. In 1999 The
Sporting News' listed Brown as number 57 on the list of the 100 Greatest
Football Players. Fine condition.
