Rosemary Theby (1892-1973) starred in films of the silent and era talking
eras. She was comfortable in both slapstick comedies and femme fatale roles.
Exclusively a film actress, she later expressed regret that she never accepted
stage roles. Among her starring roles were a German spy in The Great
Love (1918), Morgan LeFey in A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's
Court (1921), and W. C. Fields wife, "Mrs. Snavely," in The Fatal Glass
of Beer (1933). Lightly silvered and worn at corners. Mounting remnants
on verso (no show-through). Otherwise, fine condition.
