Photograph signed: "Ruby Keeler" in black ink. B/w, 8x10. Actress and dancer Ruby Keeler (1909-1993) was featured in Ziegfeld's Whoopee! (1928). She starred with William Powell in a series of film musicals, including 42nd Street (1933). She was married to Al Jolson (1928-1940), co-starring with him in Go Into Your Dance. After the death of her second husband, John Homer Lowe, she made a triumphal return to Broadway in a Busby Berkeley revival of No, No Nanette (1971-1973). Corners rounded. Ink notes on verso in unknown hand. Paper affixed on verso. Otherwise, fine condition.
