At the age of ten, stage and screen actor SAL MINEO (1939-1976) was cast as a child in The Rose Tattoo on Broadway. At age 13, he took over the part of Yul Brynner's son in The King and I. By the time he was 22, Mineo had been nominated twice for Best Supporting Actor Academy Awards: Rebel Without a Cause (1955) and Exodus (1960). In 1976, the 37-year-old actor was stabbed to death as he returned to his Hollywood home from a play rehearsal. MAURICE GIBB (1949-2003) was a vocalist of The Bee Gees. The group had a series of hit records in the late 1960s, including "Massachusetts", "I've Gotta Get a Message to You" and "To Love Somebody". Producer JOHN FOREMAN (1925-1992) is best known for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969) and Winning (1969).He also produced The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean (1972), They Might Be Giants (1971) and The Man Who Would Be King (1975). Getting his first Oscar nomination for Butch Cassidy, Foremen earned a second for his 1985 classic Prizzi's Honor. Scottish sensation LULU (b.1948) was a popular star of the 1960s. EVA REYES, who made her earliest screen appearance the musical Galawgaw (1954), had an acting career for over 20 years.
