No place, 1975 November 3.  Written authorization and consent by Directors of Rams Hall Corporation to action without a meeting. The Board authorizes a $2,000 loan from the Corporation to Sarah Vaughan, contingent upon written consent of the holders of two-thirds of the capital stock. (Sarah Vaughan was Rams Hall's sole shareholder.) "Sassy" SARAH VAUGHAN (1924-1990) ranks with Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday among the greatest female jazz singers of all time. She performed in the 1940s as a big band pianist and vocalist, notably with the Billy Eckstine Orchestra, where she worked with jazz greats Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie.  She went solo in 1946, performing both jazz and popular standards. "Tenderly" and "Misty" are just two of the American classics she helped to make famous. She won the 1982 Grammy Award for Jazz Female Vocal for Gershwin Live! MARSHALL FISHER was Sarah Vaughan's husband and business manager. Binder holes at left edge. Staple holes in upper left corner. Otherwise, fine condition.
