SCARECROW MOVIE CAST: AL PACINO and GENE HACKMAN
The famous actors sign this black and white publicity photograph from their 1973 film Scarecrow
Printed Photograph signed in Ink: "Al Pacino" in black ink and "Gene Hackman" in blue ink, b/w, 10x8. Alfredo James "Al" Pacino (b. 1940) is an American actor who has also worked as a screenwriter and filmmaker. He is considered by audiences and many commentators to be one of the greatest actors of all time. His career has spanned more than fifty years, during which time he received many competitive and honorary accolades, such as an Academy Award, two Tony Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, and the National Medal of Arts. Interestingly, Pacino is also one of the few performers to have won a competitive Oscar, an Emmy, and a Tony Award, dubbed the "Triple Crown of Acting". Some of his most famous films are Scent of a Woman (1992), The Godfather(1972), Dick Tracy (1990), Glengarry Glen Ross(1992), Serpico(1973), The Godfather: Part II(1974), Dog Day Afternoon (1975), and And Justice for All(1979). Gene Hackman (1930-2025) is a prolific stage and screen actor who earned his screen debut in an episode of Tallahassee 7000 in 1961. After winning Academy Award nominations for Best Supporting Actor for Bonnie and Clyde (1967) and I Never Sang For My Father (1973), Hackman won the Best Actor Award for his role as narcotics agent Popeye Doyle in The French Connection (1971). A Best Supporting Actor Oscar winner for the Western Unforgiven (1993), Hackman earned critical acclaim in such films as Mississippi Burning (1989) and The Royal Tenenbaums (2001). Although it did not win any major film awards, Hoosiers (1986), in which he portrayed a high school basketball coach, is considered one of the best sports films of all time. In total, Hackman has won two Oscars (five nominations), four Golden Globes (nine nominations), and two BAFTAs (five nominations).  Since his last screen role in 2004, Hackman has firmly retired from the industry, instead choosing to write and publish novels. Creases (not evident head-on). Otherwise, fine condition.
