Shadow of the Wolf (1992) which, up to then, was the most expensive Canadian movie ever
produced. Phillips starred as a rebellious Eskimo who wins Tilly's hand in marriage before being
cast out of his tribe for killing a white man. Sutherland was the lawman sent to investigate the
murder. PHILLIPS, born Louis Upchurch, Subic Bay Naval Station, the Philippines in 1962,
has been nominated for a Golden Globe for his 1988 film Stand and Deliver and for a
Tony Award for Best Actor - Musical for the Broadway revival of The King and I
(1996). Phillips, who made his film debut in 1984 in Interface is possibly best known for his
performance as Ritchie Valens, the first Hispanic rock and roll star, in the biopic La
Bamba (1987). He has appeared in a number of feature films, including the Young Guns films
(1988, 1990) and Courage Under Fire (1996), as well as made-for-TV movies. He had a
starring role on the TV series Wolf Lake (2001-2002), and has appeared as a guest star
on several TV series, from Dallas (1985) to Numb3rs (2006). He also plays with the group The
Pipefitters with Lou Diamond Phillips. Stage, screen and television actress TILLY, born
Jennifer E. Chan in 1958, was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting
Actress for her role as Olive Neal in the 1994 Woody Allen film Bullets Over Broadway. Tilly,
the older sister of actress Meg Tilly (born in 1960), began her career on the TV series
Boone (1983-1984) and Shaping Up (1984). In 1984, Tilly broke into films with No Small
Affair, and she would later be seen or heard in such features as Moving Violations (1985),
Johnny Be Good (1988), The Fabulous Baker Boys (1989), The Getaway (1994), Bound
(1996), Liar Liar (1997), Bride of Chucky (1998), Stuart Little (1999, voice), Monsters, Inc.
(2001) and Tideland (2005). Tilly has also made a number of made-for-TV movies and has
guest starred on several TV series, from Hill Street Blues (1985) to Out of Practice (2006),
including It's Garry Shandling's Show (1987), for which she was nominated for a Cable ACE
Award. Tilly also won a Theatre World Award for Most Promising Newcomer in 1993 for
her role in the play One Shoe Off. Tall, lanky and bearing perhaps the most enjoyably sinister
face this side of Vincent Price, SUTHERLAND (1935-2024), born in Saint John, New
Brunswick, Canada, made a name for himself in some of the most influential films of the
1970s and early 1980s. By the early 1970s, Sutherland had become something of a bona fide
star, thanks to lead roles in films like Start the Revolution without Me and M*A*S*H (both
1970). Sutherland, who has made over 100 films over his career, has also starred in such
films as The Dirty Dozen (1967), Klute (1971), Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978),
Ordinary People (1980), Max Dugan Returns (1983), Backdraft (1991), Space Cowboys
(2000), The Italian Job (2003), Cold Mountain (2003) and Pride & Prejudice (2005). He has
also appeared in a number of made-for-TV movies, guest starred on several TV series and
had regular roles as Nathan Templeton on Commander In Chief (2005-2006) and as Tripp
Darling in Dirty Sexy Money (2007). His five children include actors Keifer and Rossif
Sutherland and TV post-production supervisor Rachel, Keifer's twin sister. Lightly creased.
