Photograph inscribed and signed: "To Frank-/Best Wishes/Shep Fields". Sepia tone, 8x10. Shep Fields (1910-1981), who started his career as a saxophone player, led two of his own groups, Shep Fields and his Rippling Rhythm, which was heard on radio and played in some of the most popular nightclubs of the day, and Shep Fields & His Orchestra (1947-1951). Fields, who can be heard on a number of recordings, also appeared with his orchestra in The Big Broadcast of 1938 (1937) and he was Executive Producer of the 1977 film, Citizens Band. Lightly creased. Overall, fine condition.
