SIERRA BARON MOVIE CAST: BRIAN KEITH and RICK JASON Both sign this black and white publicity photograph of a scene from the 1958 film Sierra Baron Inscribed Printed Photograph signed in Ink: "[Inscription no longer legible]/ Brian Keith" and "To Kathryn/ Sincerely/ Rick Jason" in various inks, b/w, 10x8. Movie still which also shows actress Rita Gam (who did not sign). The son of actor Robert Keith, BRIAN KEITH (1921-1997) appeared with his father in the Broadway production of Mister Roberts (1948-1951). A decorated Marine pilot who served in World War II, Keith played both good guys and bad guys in Western and action films of the 1950s and more varied roles thereafter. He portrayed President Teddy Roosevelt in The Wind and the Lion (1975) and TR's predecessor, President McKinley, in The Rough Riders (1997). He was a very popular TV actor whose TV career highlights included Family Affair (1966-1971), The Brian Keith Show (1972-1974) and Hardcastle and McCormick (1983-1986). RICK JASON (1923-2000) was in several films of the 1950s (The Saracen Blade (1954), The Wayward Bus (1957)) before landing the role of 2nd Lt. Gil Hanley in the TV war drama Combat (1962-1967). He also occasionally appeared in made-for-TV movies and in TV guest spots through the 1980s. Worn at edges. Faint inscription by Keith is no longer legible. Otherwise, fine condition.
