Biography
Anne Gwynne (1918-2003) modeled Catalina swimwear before signing a film contract with Universal. A popular pinup in World War II, she appeared in many Westerns and dramatic roles, but was best known for early horror films like Black Friday (1940), The Black Cat (1941) and The House of Frankenstein (1944). Her last starring role was that of a frightened mother in Teenage Monster (1957).
