Biography
Ben Hogan (1912-1997) won the U.S. Open in 1948, 1950, 1951, and 1953, the Professional Golfers' Association championship in 1946 and 1948, the Masters in 1951 and 1953 and the British Open in 1953. He is one of only five golfers to win all four Grand Slam titles; Nicklaus, Player, Sarazen and Woods are the other four. Hogan was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1974.
