Biography
Producer Benjamin "B.B." KAHANE (1891-1960) was President of RKO Studio from 1932 to 1936, leaving to become Vice President and executive producer of Columbia Pictures. He was President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences from 1959 until his death the following year.
