Kopell's first prominent role was as KAOS agent Siegfried in the hit comedy series "Get Smart" (1965-1970), where he showcased his comedic timing and distinctive acting style. However, he is most recognized for his role as Dr. Adam Bricker in the popular American television series "The Love Boat" (1977-1986).
