Carlos Baerga spent 14 seasons in the Major Leagues (1990-1999 and, after two years in Korean and independent league ball, 2002-2005). His best seasons came with the Cleveland Indians in the early 1990s, when he had four straight seasons with an OPS (on base + slugging percentage) over .800 and made the All-Star team three times. He got nineteen hits in the 1995 postseason. Baerga played mostly second base, but could handle any infield position.
