Biography
Cecil Spooner (1875-1953) appeared on Broadway and film, making her debut in 1903 in a starring role in My Lady Peggy Goes to Town. This was followed by another starring role in The Girl Raffles (1906), and several other prominent Broadway roles. Her roles in film were more limited, with the bulk of her work being in the 1920's in film shorts. Spooner's last acting role was in a 1950 episode of The Lone Ranger.
