Biography
A mathematics teacher at Christ Church, DODGSON published his fantasy masterpiece, Alice in Wonderland, under the pen name LEWIS CARROLL in 1865. He authored its sequel, Through the Looking Glass, in 1871 and wrote the nonsense poem, The Hunting of the Snark (1876) in addition to penning serious works, including Euclid and His Modern Rivals (1879).
