Her 18 Grand Slam singles titles include seven French Opens (1974, 1975, 1979, 1980, 1983, 1985 and 1986), six U.S. Opens (1975-1978, 1980 and 1982), three Wimbledon championships (1974, 1976 and 1981), two Australian Opens (1982 and 1984) and three Grand Slam doubles. With a 1,309-146 won-lost record, she has a .899 winning average, the highest in pro history. Evert was married to tennis player John Lloyd from 1979-1987.
