Biography
DICK MARTIN (1922-2008) is best known as the zany co-host with Dan Rowan on Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In (1968-1973), the wildly popular show that featured such performers as Ruth Buzzi, Goldie Hawn, Arte Johnson, Lily Tomlin and JoAnne Worley. The two, who had teamed up in 1958 for their debut film, Once Upon a Horse, had previously hosted The Dean Martin Summer Show (1966-1967) and would appear together in the 1969 film, The Maltese Bippy. A frequent TV guest star in the 1970s, with several appearances on The Bob Newhart Show.
