Findlay S. Douglas (November 17, 1874 – April 19, 1959) was an eminent Scottish-American golfer prominent in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He rose to prominence in golf circles for his formidable playing style and strategic acumen, most notably manifested in his triumph in the U.S. Amateur championship.

Born in St. Andrews, Scotland, the birthplace of golf, Douglas immigrated to the United States in the early 1890s. His passion for golf found an enthusiastic community in the New York City area, where he joined the Saint Andrew's Golf Club in Hastings-on-Hudson. Douglas's golfing prowess came to the fore in 1898 when he clinched the U.S. Amateur championship at the Morris County Golf Club in Morristown, New Jersey. He demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, ultimately defeating the esteemed Scottish golfer, Percy Pyne II, in the final. In addition to his U.S. Amateur win, Douglas had multiple competitive appearances in significant tournaments, including the U.S. Open and the British Amateur.
