Frank Duffy, born on October 14, 1946, in Oakland, California, is a former American professional baseball shortstop who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1970 to 1979. He is known for his defensive skills and was a part of the Cleveland Indians for the majority of his career.

Duffy attended Stanford University, where he played college baseball for the Stanford Cardinal. He was then drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the first round of the 1967 MLB June Amateur Draft. Duffy made his MLB debut on September 7, 1970, with the Reds, but his time with the team was short-lived as he was traded to the San Francisco Giants in 1971. His tenure with the Giants also lasted only part of the season before he was traded to the Cleveland Indians, where he found a more permanent role and played from 1972 to 1977. During his time with the Indians, Duffy established himself as a reliable shortstop, known for his defensive prowess and contributing to the team's infield strength. In 1972, he had his best offensive season, batting .263 with 13 home runs and 61 RBIs.

Duffy was traded to the Boston Red Sox in 1977, where he played until 1979 before ending his professional playing career. After retiring from playing, Duffy remained active in baseball, serving in various coaching and scouting roles. His post-playing career has included stints as a minor league manager and instructor.
