Harold Baines played 22 Major League seasons (1980-2001), beginning and ending with the Chicago White Sox. Originally an outfielder, he became a potent DH and pinch hitter. He made his first of six All-Star appearances in 1985, the last in 1999. Baines finished his career among the top 50 hitters of all time in games played, hits, total bases, doubles, homers and runs batted in.
