Biography
Kitty Carlisle (1910-2007), born Catherine Conn, was the only panelist to appear on every version of the game show, To Tell the Truth (1956-2002). Carlisle, who played herself as a To Tell the Truth panelist in the 2002 film, Catch Me If You Can, was also a panelist on What's My Line? (1963-1965). She also made several films, including the Marx Brothers' celebrated A Night at the Opera (1935). Carlisle, who was married to playwright/director Moss Hart from 1946 until his death in 1961, published her autobiography, Kitty, in 1984. She celebrated her 95th birthday by performing her one-woman cabaret act in New York in September 2005 and appearing in San Francisco in January 2006.
