Leonard Shenoff Randle, born on February 12, 1949, in Long Beach, California, is a former professional baseball player known for his tenure in Major League Baseball (MLB). He played primarily as a third baseman and second baseman during his career.

Randle's baseball journey began at Arizona State University, where he showcased his talent and versatility on the field. His collegiate success led to his selection in the first round of the 1970 MLB Draft by the Washington Senators. During his MLB career, Randle played for several teams, including the Washington Senators/Texas Rangers, New York Mets, and Chicago Cubs. He was known for his speed, batting skill, and defensive capabilities. Randle's best season came in 1974 with the Texas Rangers, where he posted impressive statistics, including a .302 batting average.

One of Randle's most memorable moments came in 1981 while playing for the Seattle Mariners. He famously used a leaf blower to try and blow a slow-rolling bunt foul, an unconventional and humorous moment that is still remembered by baseball fans.

After his time in the MLB, Randle continued his baseball career overseas. He played in the Italian Baseball League, where he further demonstrated his skills and love for the game. His international play extended his career and offered new experiences in the sport.
