Biography
Marchette Chute (1909-1994) wrote scholarly but readable biographies of William Shakespeare, Geoffrey Chaucer and Ben Jonson, and a well-regarded re-telling of Shakespearean tales: Stories from Shakespeare. She wrote a collection of poems for children: Rhymes About Ourselves.
