Transactions: April 26, 1967 -- Ditka traded from Chicago Bears to Philadelphia Eagles for QB Jack Concannon and undisclosed draft pick (that was never exchanged). Jan. 27, 1969 -- Ditka trade from Philadelphia Eagles to Dallas Cowboys in exchange for end David McDaniels.
