Biography
Nancy Wilson (1937-2018) is best known for her jazz renditions, although she has also crossed over into pop and R&B, winning the 1964 Grammy Award for Best Rhythm & Blues Recording for"How Glad I Am", one of her biggest hits. Wilson also hosted the Emmy Award-winning variety series, The Nancy Wilson Show, on NBC in 1966 and has appeared as a guest performer on several variety programs. She was inducted into the Big Band and Jazz Hall of Fame in 1999.
