Biography
Nicolette Larson (1952-1997) was a pop and country western singer. Originally released in 1982, All Dressed Up & No Place to Go was Larson's final pop release by Warner Bros. Because the album failed to register a hit single, it wasn't considered a great success. Standout songs include "I Want You So Bad" and "Nathan Jones", both featuring powerful vocal performances by the pop singer. Larson's debut album Nicolette was released September 29, 1978 and reached No. 15 on Billboard's album chart aided by the hit single "Lotta Love", a Neil Young composition. Other albums released by Larson include In the Nick of Time (1979), Radioland (1980), and her final album Sleep, Baby, Sleep (1994). She died unexpectedly from complications stemming from cerebral edema at the age of 45.
