Biography
American stage and silent film actress Dean reached stardom in the serial The Gray Ghost (1917). Other starring roles included The Virgin of Stamboul (1920) and Under Two Flags (1922). Her first husband, Leslie Arnold, made an historic round the world flight in 1914. Her second husband, Wheeler Oakman, co-starred with her in several Westerns.
